Dear Visitors,


In order to maintain a good visiting order and ensure the safety of cultural relics and visitors, we have formulated these guidelines based on the actual situation. Your understanding is highly appreciated.


I. Orderly Entry to the Museum


(I) Visitors are required to undergo a security check upon entry and present a valid ticket (including electronic tickets) or identification document for verification. Tickets are only valid for the day of purchase. If you leave the museum and wish to re-enter, you will need to purchase a new ticket.


(II) Flammable and explosive materials, controlled knives, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited. Electric mobility aids are not allowed inside the museum. Please take good care of your valuables. Large luggage should be deposited at the storage area.


(III) Visitors who are intoxicated or improperly dressed, or who lack the capacity to act independently or have limited capacity to act (without a guardian) are not permitted to enter the museum.


II. Civilized Visiting


(I) Please respect public order. Do not run, shout, climb, or lie down inside the museum. Fishing (or feeding fish), playing with (or feeding) cats, breaking branches, or defacing trees, buildings, and other public facilities with graffiti is strictly forbidden.


(II) Maintain public hygiene. Dispose of trash in designated bins. Do not spit or litter.


(III) Protect the exhibits and cultural relics. When taking photos, please turn off flash devices. Do not climb over artificial hills or barriers, touch, deface, or damage exhibits and their facilities.


(IV) Unauthorized profit-making activities, including but not limited to paid guided tours, commercial photography, and the sale of goods, are prohibited in the museum. Violators will be removed from the museum and denied future entry.


(V) The use of loudspeakers, audio amplifiers, or other devices for guiding visitors or providing explanations is not allowed in the museum without prior approval.


III. Safety Precautions


(I) Smoking (including e-cigarettes) and the use of open flames are strictly prohibited throughout the museum.


(II) Be cautious of slippery or mossy areas on the ground. Please take care of the elderly and children in your group. Avoid crowding and touching the display cases to prevent injuries.


(III) Do not move, touch, or damage fire safety and security equipment or devices within the museum.


(IV) The museum is a no-fly zone. The use of low-altitude, slow-speed, and small-sized aircrafts is strictly prohibited without prior approval.


(V)  In case of special events or emergencies, please follow the instructions of the on-site staff and evacuate in an orderly manner.


IV. Pet Management


(I) Pets are not allowed inside the museum (except for guide dogs and other special working dogs).


(II) Working dogs must be leashed at all times, and their waste should be cleaned up promptly.


The museum is a public place with surveillance cameras in operation. Any illegal or irregular behavior will be dealt with according to the law.
